Cancellation and Plan End Dates: The EroLove Terms in a Timeline

Distinguish a nonrenewing crypto plan, future card renewal rules, paid access and account deletion.

Cancellation and Plan End Dates: The EroLove Terms in a Timeline

“Cancel anytime” sounds simple until it is attached to several different clocks. EroLove’s pricing page currently says crypto plans do not renew on their own and card payments are coming soon. Its terms also describe automatically renewing card subscriptions, cancellation effective at period end and access until then. Its privacy policy separately describes account deletion and a 30-day data-removal period with exceptions. A buyer who treats these as one switch can lose track of what actually ends when.

Day zero: record what was bought

Start with the specific payment channel. A crypto-paid monthly or annual plan is listed as ending unless you pay again. A future card subscription, if offered and used, would follow the terms’ auto-renewal and cancellation rules. Do not assume the future card description means a current card checkout exists. Capture the exact plan period, start and end date, amount and any confirmation.

If you bought a one-off spark pack, it is not a subscription. The terms say purchased sparks do not expire while the account exists. They can still be spent, and they are removed when the account is deleted. Plan sparks, by contrast, renew each billing period and do not carry over. Put these balances on separate lines.

Before a period ends: check the actual renewal state

For a crypto plan, the main task is confirming the access end date and whether a new payment would be needed. For a card plan after launch, the task is locating the cancellation control, using it before the next billing date, and saving the effective date. The terms list account controls, a processor portal and support as cancellation channels. A successful cancellation is the result to record, not just the fact that you clicked a button.

The terms say cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access remains until then. They do not promise that a cancelled period is refunded. If a charge appears wrong, that is a separate support or consumer-rights question with its own evidence.

After access ends: decide what to keep

Ask whether you need an export of chats or memory, whether any purchased sparks remain, and whether any receipt or correspondence should be retained. The privacy policy describes an “Our story” area to view, correct, export and delete information. We have not logged in and cannot verify the current interface, so treat that as the provider’s published process, not our observed walkthrough.

Account deletion is not the same as stopping renewal. The terms say deleting an account deletes its sparks. The privacy policy says personal data is normally deleted within 30 days, subject to billing, tax, fraud-prevention and legal exceptions; encrypted backups roll out within 30 days. Selected generated character images previously published in showcases or promotions may remain public without account linkage. Those clauses should inform your exit decision.

A compact timeline to save

Moment Record Why it matters
Before paying Offer, amount, plan period, channel, terms date Establish what you selected
After paying Receipt or transaction reference, start/end date Connect charge and access
Before renewal or expiry Cancellation or nonrenewal status Avoid guessing what will happen next
Before account deletion Export, spark balance, support records Keep material you still need
After deletion request Confirmation and stated data window Track the provider’s published process

Our verdict: EroLove’s different plan, spark and deletion clocks make “cancel anytime” an incomplete explanation. Preserve the dates yourself and do not buy a year before checking whether the service fits. This is a terms analysis, not a cancellation test.
